Biohi. iv started this because its a last resort. im at my highest weight ever and hate it. a new friend told me to do this. at least this way im guna have to be entirely honest, then im less likely to slip as i wont want to share it with the world. right its sun 5th feb, bad eating today - my resolution starts tomorrow.
